Home                 BRACKETS FOR IN SLAB SUPPORT

TWOPOINT SUPPORT AND ALIGNMENT BRACKETS ARE DESIGNED TO
AID THE ROUGH-IN PLUMBER IN THE INSTALLATION OF PEX TUBING
UNDER THE SLAB. FIELD TESTED IN OVER A HUNDRED INSTALLATIONS,
THEY HAVE PROVEN THEMSELVES AS AN EXCEPTIONAL WAY TO SUPPORT AND ALIGN TUBING. INSTALLING THE TUBING UNDER THE SLAB IN THE DITCHES WITH THE DRAIN PIPING REQUIRES LESS PIPE AND REDUCES THE LABOR REQUIRED TO INSTALL THE WATER SYSTEM. LOOP THE WATER LINES FROM FIXTURE TO FIXTURE INSTEAD OF RUNNING A SEPARATE LINE TO EACH FIXTURE THROUGH THE ATTIC WHERE INSULATION IS REQUIRED .
THE WATER SYSTEM FOR A STANDARD TWO BATH HOME CAN BE INSTALLED BY A TWO MAN CREW IN LESS THAN TWO HOURS INCLUDING THE TIME IT TAKES TO INSTALL THE BRACKETS.

THE RC-SERIES BRACKET ATTACHES TO A FREE STANDING DRAIN STACK AND ALIGNS THE TUBING IN THE CENTERLINE WITH THE STACK. CABLE TIES ARE USED TO SECURE THE TUBING TO THE EXTENSION ARMS.
THIS METHOD OF INSTALLATION WILL MAKE YOUR JOB STANDOUT AS BEING THE WORK OF A PROFESSIONAL. THEY MAKE THE SECOND PHASE   EVEN EASIER. SIMPLY CUT THE RISER AND CRIMP ON THE STUB OUT OF YOUR CHOICE. WHETHER YOU PREFER COPPER OR PEX, IT IS DONE IN MINUTES.
THE RC-2215 IS THE MOST POPULAR BRACKET IN THE SERIES.

BRACKETS FOR IN SLAB SUPPORT

WE TRIED ALL KINDS OF BRACKETS TO PREVENT THE STABILITY PROBLEMS THAT OCCURE WHEN YOU USE PEX FOR THE WATER SYSTEM.

WE TRIED THE OVERHEAD SYSTEMS AND IN OUR OPINION THE

OVERHEAD INSTALLATION IS LABOR INTENSIVE AND INCREASES MATERIAL COST.

IT REQUIRES LOTS OF DRILLING, PIPE, AND INSULATION.

WE DID NOT USE FITTINGS IN THE ATTIC. WE RAN A LOOP  SYSTEM JUST LIKE WE DID UNDER THE SLAB. WE ALSO USED THE SYSTEM THAT RESEMBLES THE ELECTRICAL WITH THE MANIFOLD BOX THAT CONTAINS ALL THE SHUT OFF VALVES.

A LEAK IN THE ATTIC CAUSES EXCESSIVE DAMAGE TO THE INTERIOR AND CONTENTS OF THE HOME

SHOULD YOU HAVE A SLAB LEAK, ISOLATE THE LEAKING PIPE, CUT IT ON BOTH ENDS AND BYPASS IT THROUGH THE WALL OR OVERHEAD.

WE HAVE INSTALLED UNDER SLAB SYSTEM FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS AND I KNOW OF ONLY ONE SLAB LEAK THAT HAS OCCURRED IN SEVERAL HUNDRED HOMES.
